Sales support as an APP solution

Salesapp is a proprietary SaaS service owned by SMG where Arvid Norqvist is one of the customers. Shortcut Media Group is one of Sweden's leading, independent and most award-winning production groups and since the acquisition of the digital agency business from Klapp & Co, SMG has both the expertise to develop creative content for major brands and to distribute this digitally via Salesapp to physical customer meetings.

Challenges

It is important that sales presentations look good, contain the right sales material and the right product information. To make this possible, sales people need access to the right presentation that contains accurate and up-to-date information, even if the content is constantly changing

The fact that the sellers themselves have to keep track of and update the material, whether it is digital or on paper, will not be a sustainable way of working in the long run.

The challenge was to find a sustainable way of working that would maximise the business value of customer contacts and always deliver up-to-date content efficiently.

Solution

The solution was a digital sales presentation solution where salespeople can present the right content using the SalesApp iPad app.

SalesApp has links to internal and external systems and an interface where the company brand and graphic identity form the backbone of the visual design of the app.

At the heart of the system is a scalable media database for storing and organising media and content. This ranges from text, images, videos to 3D and animations. Indexed and searchable, it is linked into your templates that follow your company's graphic profile.
